Best of Christmas Holiday Decor Favorites – 2020
This is my 4th year producing the Best of Christmas Holiday Decor Favorites.
It’s something my readers look forward to each year – probably because I’m saving them a ton of time, giving them lots of great inspiration for their own Christmas decorating, all in one spot!
Psst… I’ve actually already started decorating my home for Christmas in the master bedroom! In less than a month, I’ll be sharing the master with y’all – a room I’ve never shared before on the blog – along with several of my blogging buddies homes.
May this post provide you with some inspiration, ideas and a jump start to your own Christmas decorating this year. Enjoy!
… and be sure to click on the individual header links, to see even more gorgeous Christmas photos from each blogger!
Chrissy Marie Blog
There’s so many elements that I loved of Chrissy’s Christmas home decor last year! In the entryway alone, the wreath with the home in the center, the minimalist tree, the boots (as if just coming in from traipsing outside), the elements of plaid. It just exudes warmth and coziness!
Vintage Farm Home
I stumbled upon this Vintage Farm Home Christmas via Tidbits blog. It’s old school traditional meets minimalism and there are so many old world details that I feel as though I’ve been transported back in time.
Sanctuary Home Decor
Karen of Sanctuary Home Decor (a talented friend + client) made my ‘Best Of’ last year. Her warm, cozy, rustic charm vibe was perfectly executed with so many gorgeous details and the warmth of copper. You’ll have to see what she did the previous year HERE – it was totally different, but still rustic and cozy.
I honestly can’t wait to see what she does this year… she’s one of the first Christmas home tours I can’t wait to see!
Perhaps she’ll be ending up in Better Homes and Gardens ‘Christmas Ideas’ Magazine again this year!
Finding Lovely
Jackie also seems to be a repeat contender in my ‘Best Of’. Her home is also one I look forward to seeing each year.
Staying away from bright colors and focusing on warmth and texture, she’s been able to capture an uncluttered and soft feeling throughout her home. There are so many details and rooms, be sure to go check it out!
Seeking Lavender Lane
Can you smell the pine and mulled cidar? I love dried oranges (and you might be seeing this element pop up in my own decor this year, shhh).
Clearly I gravitate towards a simple, not a lot of fuss tree decorating! And these vintage blush ornaments paired with gold, mercury glass, and ribbon is simply stunning.
The Lily Pad Cottage
It all started with a green velvet pillow Kelly added to her couch in the fall that kicked off this whole “Green + Brass” theme last year.
She even found green velvet Christmas ornaments and ribbon.
Like Kelly, I love coming up with a color or theme to inspire my Christmas decor each year. This years will be centered around a slate ribbon I came across this past summer! I carry it with me on all my shopping trips, so I can easily ‘match’ it with other details or elements I come across.
Life on Cedar Lane
Aaaaah, a winter wonderland indeed! Andrea tends to keep things neutral each year, but is able to still change things up. This past year she added hints of soft blush hues and greenery.
You’ll have to check out her kitchen – a fellow lover of bar stool Christmas decorating! haha.
… and here is my own Christmas home decor last year… that keeps going viral on Pinterest! Want to see this full home tour? Go HERE.
And be sure to come back… I will be sharing my Christmas Home Tour along with a few of my blog friends in the next couple of weeks! Psst: you’ll even see a couple of the ones you’ve seen on this list!
I hope my best of Christmas holiday decor favorites have inspired you to start planning and coming up with your own wonderful Christmas home. Cheers to a wonderful time of decorating!
