Layers of brownie, peanut butter cheesecake, and cookie crumbs are topped with whipped cream and bits of Reeseās peanut butter cups. A great mini dessert recipe too.

Ingredients
1box fudge browniesmade per box instructions
12chocolate cream filled cookiesOreos
1 - 8ouncepackage cream cheesesoftened
1/2cuppowdered sugar + 1/3 cupdivided
1/4cupcreamy peanut butter
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
5Tablespoonsheavy whipping cream
1can of whip cream
Mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Instructions
Bake your favorite brownies, per box instructions. Set aside to cool.
Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until the cookies are crumbs. Reserve 1 Tablespoon for garnish.
Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and beat again. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and heavy whipping cream. Beat until creamy again.
Cut brownie and place at the bottom of each cup. Pipe a layer of cheesecake filling. Top with 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs. Pipe another layer of cheesecake filling.
Top each parfait with whip cream, a few reserved crumbs and some peanut butter cups.
