Peanut butter lovers unite! These peanut butter brownie cheesecake parfaits will propel you into the yummiest sugar coma you’ve ever experienced!!!
Layers of brownie, peanut butter cheesecake, and cookie crumbs are topped with whipped cream and bits of Reese’s peanut butter cups… trust me, you’ll be licking the cup clean!
I made these Peanut Butter Brownie Cheesecake Parfaits a little bigger than usual (mainly for the photographs, haha) but they make great mini desserts – since a little peanut butter ‘richness’ goes a long way in my book.
After my husband devoured one, he said I should also make a batch using peanut butter cup ice cream instead of cheesecake. Since he’s more of an ice cream lover, whereas I’m more of a cheesecake lover. Don’t tell him this… but I think his idea would be pretty tasty too. Perhaps add a layer of hot fudge. Oh my!

If you want a peanut butter fix, a great mini dessert to take to your next party, or simply a dessert ‘just because’ make my tasty peanut butter brownie cheesecake parfaits! They are peanut buttery good.
Peanut Butter Brownie Cheesecake Parfaits
- 1 box fudge brownies made per box instructions
- 12 chocolate cream filled cookies Oreos
- 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1/3 cup divided
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 can of whip cream
- Mini Reese's peanut butter cups
Bake your favorite brownies, per box instructions. Set aside to cool.
Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until the cookies are crumbs. Reserve 1 Tablespoon for garnish.
Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and beat again. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and heavy whipping cream. Beat until creamy again.
Cut brownie and place at the bottom of each cup. Pipe a layer of cheesecake filling. Top with 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs. Pipe another layer of cheesecake filling.
Top each parfait with whip cream, a few reserved crumbs and some peanut butter cups.
Servings per recipe will depend on the size of your serving cups.
