EASY VODKA CRANBERRY RASPBERRY COCKTAIL RECIPE
The vodka cranberry is a classic cocktail combination. It is simple, tangy and just plain refreshing. As much as I love the classic combination, I like to mix things up. So I added a few raspberries and a sprig of mint. Definitely not required, but it really looks pretty and makes your drink look fancy, don’t you think?!
Let’s be real here… A vodka cranberry cocktail is just one of those drinks you can throw together in a pinch. I’m all about the quick and easy – but adding a bit of fancy to make others feel extra special. And this drink would totally go well with my cranberry white chocolate chip cookies I shared last month.
If you want to give the kiddos a treat too, replace the vodka with lemon lime soda or ginger ale! Done.
