A beautiful, yet easy cake to make! And perfect during fresh strawberry season.
Filling: A thin layer of strawberry jam.
Frosting: Place the frosting in a mixing bowl. Beat the frosting with an electric mixer. (This tip basically doubles your frosting).
Assembly: Place one layer of cake on a cake stand or serving plate. Top with filling and spread evenly. Leave outer 1/4” clear of jam. Repeat with the second layer.
