A New Look for Your Marketing BFF

Hello friends! I am so excited to announce the launch of our revamped logo and blog design! I actually designed it myself and did the backend programming too.

The goal was to create a more simplified, clean and modern look for the site. It’s been over two years since Your Marketing BFF was launched and in order to keep up with the growth, I needed to change the look AND the way we’re doing business. First, I started by updating the Your Marketing BFF logo with a more sophisticated look. I love magazines such as Vogue, W, and Grace Ormonde. Their timeless classic editorial layouts, typography and inspiring pictures became the springboard for the new look.

The next step was working on the new design. I wanted to visually portray my personality, style and personal brand in a way that’s professional, timeless, descriptive and unique to me! I also wanted it to be clean and modern, with a classic twist and a hint of energy, so I focused on a black/white/orange/red color palette.

You will also notice some updated features and pages!  I added a HOME page to welcome new guests, thank existing friends, and quickly provide an outline of the site.  I love having the Editor’s Note and Recent Posts (inspired by my popular magazines) at reader’s fingertips!

The updated ABOUT TANA page, provides a personal look at my life and a few things that I love. And reading an email from a client yesterday that said, “P.S. I’m a chapstick-aholic too!” brought a smile to my face.

I have also created a CATEGORIES dropdown menu that gets you to the blog post topics that you love.

The shop offerings haven’t been updated yet, but they’re in the works, so stay tuned!
